Pre-Orders: A deposit of 30% is required on all pre-orders. The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Since we are holding the item you have pre-ordered, and it is taken out of inventory, we will only give store credit for the deposit.

Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

Gift wrapping and gift certificates:
Gift wrapping is available for an additional $6.00

International orders:  We do not accept international orders at this time.

Payment Options:  We accept Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal.

Privacy and Security:  Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. At Adyson's Alley we appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Adysons Alley uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, personal information isnot tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Returns:
Should you need to return an item to Adyson's Alley, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned to Adyson's Alley should be unused with tags still attached. You may return the item for either a store credit or refund. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. SALE ITEMS ARE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR FOR A SIZE CHANGE ONLY.
-Pack the item with the original receipt sent to you.
-Note on the receipt if you would like a refund or store credit. If store credit is preferred, please note which item you would like to exchange the return for.
-Pack securely with all information.
-You may choose to purchase insurance, we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail.

Sales tax:  A sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to all orders shipped within Texas.

Shipping:  We ship within the Continental United States via USPS, priority or express mail. We ship out within 1 to 2 business days, if you need it sooner please use the express shipping option.

Special Offers:  Adyson's Alley will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
